You will be provided with:
one 20cm diameter pre-iced vanilla sponge cake for you to decorate and take home with you
specialist edible decorations including dragees, candied fruit, icing, coloured balls etc.
all tools and equipment

ITINERY:
10.45am – coffee & pastries
11am – morning workshop starts
1pm – lunch
2pm – afternoon workshop
5pm – course finishes

Tickets: £150 per person (includes lunch/refreshments, all materials and a copy of Cressida’s book ‘Fifty Fabulous Cakes’.

Cressida Bell is a British designer specialising in textiles and interiors. From her London studio she produces a wide range of products including accessories for men and women and artefacts for the home. She also undertakes the production of many bespoke items from stationery and illustration to murals, carpets and furnishing fabrics.
